The Kendall County Appraisal District values the property at $1.1 million. Property records show it is owned by DTB Investments L.P., an entity owned by real estate broker Herald “Trip” duPerrier III. The Boerne realtor owns Texas Land Man, among other entities.

DuPerier and DTB Investments L.P. made headlines in April after a Fredericksburg couple sued him for fraud over the sale of their Kerr County Ranch.
Court records show DuPerier filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in May. A trial date has been set for spring 2023.
