In the 90s, in Medellín, a lot of punk was heard and among the bands that represented us were Kortatu and Negu Gorriak. Sometimes we didn't understand anything, but we felt that they sang for us. We grew up with that anthem of resistance that has been vital for me," says Mora. The Euskadi District wanted to surprise the Colombian director by connecting with Fermín Muguruza, who is in Galicia promoting the film and comic Black is Beltza II: Ainhoa. The musician from Gipuzkoa recalls that, when Matar a Jesús -Laura Mora's debut feature- was screened at Zinemaldia in 2017, he was "impressed".He acknowledges that he could not contain his joy when José Luis Rebordinos told him that "his friend" was going to participate in the Official Section of the 70th edition of the festival, "and when he wins the Golden Shell, imagine... I feel like a winner with her," says Muguruza."She has a lot of yours, that's for sure," Mora replies.© EITB - 2022 - Privacy Portal - Legal Notice - Cookies Policy - Cookie Settings - Transparency - Contact - Web MapPlease update your browser for a better viewing experience. We recommend that you update your browser to the most recent version to avoid compatibility problems with some functions of our website.Minimum recommended browser versions:To find out what browser version you have, you can use whatbrowser.org
